A. Indicated capacities
are typical for normal materials, 0.7 gr./cm3 bulk density.
B. The low-capacity screw is sensitive to hard
flowing material, or electrostatic charge, especially at high revolutions.
Therefore, it is not recommended for use when a current of over
60% is required. Whenever possible, it is recommended that you use
the medium-capacity screw and not the low-capacity one.
C. Maximum capacity is limited due to the size
of the hopper and the filling rate of the venturi loader. With larger
hopper (optional) equipped with a slide filling valve instead of
the venturi loader, higher maximum capacities may be achieved: 25
kg/h for the High-capacity (3) screw, and 40 kg/h for the Extra-capacity
(4) screw.
D. Extra-capacity screw is recommended for "hard"
dispersing (flowing) materials.
